It's been a busy summer, but at last we have time to offer Open Barn again. Come out to Red Colt this Sunday, 28 September and take advantage of the horsey version of Open Floor. Groom a horse, do some sworplay, bring a bow and shoot the haystack, or get a practice ride in between 1pm and 4pm. Open Barn is free to attend, and $10 if you want to ride a school horse.
We'll also be having a work party beginning around noon to clean out stalls and winterize the barn before it's time to start bringing the horses in at night. Lend us a hand for an hour or two and you can ride a school horse for free. Plus we provide refreshments!

Mounted Combat Workshop
Sunday 5 October, 1 – 4pm
cost $60 or 1 flex pack credit
This is our regular Mounted Combat workshop for members of the program. Here we work on swordplay, grappling and spear from the ground, the falsemount and from horseback. To work from horseback you must have your Riding level 1. Everyone else is welcome to participate from the ground and falsemount.
