You've all heard it (well, those of you attending class).Homework abounds at Academie Duello. Every rank in the Mastery program was assigned homework for the month of January.

The homework we've assigned has two specific qualities

simple: it can be explained easily in a sentence or two
quick: it doesn't take long to do; about 5 minutes

Ideally you're doing the homework 6 days of the week. It is an excellent way to maintain a level of practice in your fundamentals.

If you weren't here for class this past week, here's the homework!

Green & Blue: 10 lunges with each hand, 10 reverse lunges with each hand
Red: conduct 5 disarms in combat.
