Lin’s deep understanding of Italian swordsmanship allows him to guide students through the evolution of European combat arts, from the powerful cuts of medieval longsword to the refined thrusts of Renaissance rapier. His sidesword practice bridges these traditions, demonstrating how martial arts adapted to changing armor, fashion, and social contexts.
